OUR STORY
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Caroline Haniszewski, founder of Hey Charlie, entered the event world at the age of 16. She quickly built solid experience working for ten different staffing agencies across Belgium and juggling five other horeca and event jobs on the side.
After graduating in communication, she spent two intense years organizing events for clients like Google at D-side Group. During that time, she became aware of the many challenges within the staffing industry. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear vision, she decided to take the leap.
At 26, she launched her own agency not just to provide staff but to solve the very issues she had encountered throughout her journey.
Hey Charlie was born in 2019. And that’s when the adventure truly began.

With over four years of experience at Hey Charlie, Sally is your expert in event staffing. In addition to coordinating the staff, she also oversees branded merchandise production and plays a key role in HR support. Organized, meticulous and efficient, she ensures that everything runs smoothly!

After many years working in the horeca sector for top caterers, Julie made us lucky by joining our team. She brings a fresh, dynamic energy, solving countless requests with ease. She’s the head behind all horeca requests. On top of that, she’s our LinkedIn master !
Manon Robeyns

Manon has worked almost 1,000 hours as a Charlie and has decided to continue her journey with us by joining the intern team in September 2025. Her on-site experience is a valuable asset for our clients, whom she already knows well. In addition, with her marketing degree and creativity, she will take the lead on our social media strategy alongside Camille.
